We want new toys in your dog's mouth as fast as possible. Here's how shipping works.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states. We don't ship outside the United States right now.

Processing time

Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days of being placed, Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays.

Shipping options and costs

We ship with USPS Ground Advantage, UPS and FedEx. The options available for your address, their rates and their delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

USPS Ground Advantage shipping is free on orders of $40 or more, after discounts and before tax. Free shipping applies to USPS Ground Advantage only. UPS and FedEx shipping, and USPS shipping on orders under $40, are charged at the rate shown at checkout.

Carriers and delivery times

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. They come from the carriers and aren't guarantees, and they can run longer around holidays or in bad weather.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. Don't see it? Check your spam folder, or email us at hello@bababuddiesco.com.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll reship it once you confirm the right address, with the new postage paid by you.

Missing or damaged packages

If tracking says delivered but you can't find your package, check around your door, with neighbors and with your local post office. Still missing? Email hello@bababuddiesco.com within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll help sort it out.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, email us a photo within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll send a free replacement.

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.
