1. Overview

This website is operated by Baba Buddies LLC ('Baba Buddies', 'we', 'us'). By visiting bababuddiesco.com or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked here, including our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Our products and safe use

Our toys are made for dogs, not people or children. Choose a toy suited to your dog's size (see each product page for the recommended dog weight), supervise play, check toys often, and replace a toy as soon as you see tears, cracks or missing pieces. Every chew toy wears down eventually, even ones built for power chewers. Toys are not food and are not meant to be eaten. If your dog swallows any part of a toy, contact your veterinarian.

4. Product information and pricing

We try to describe products, colors, sizes and prices accurately, but errors happen. We may correct errors, change prices, or cancel orders affected by a pricing or listing error, and we'll refund any payment for a canceled order.

5. Orders and payment

We may refuse or cancel an order, or limit quantities, for example if we suspect fraud or an item is out of stock. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers; we don't store full card numbers.

6. Shipping, returns and the Happiness Guarantee

Shipping, returns, refunds and the Happiness Guarantee are covered in our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which are part of these Terms.

7. Discounts and promotions

Discount codes, including the Buddies List sign-up offer of 15% off a first order, are one per customer unless stated otherwise, can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time.

8. Reviews and content you send us

If you post a review, photo or other content, or send it to us, you give us permission to display and share it in connection with Baba Buddies. Please don't post anything unlawful, misleading or that belongs to someone else.

9. Intellectual property

The Baba Buddies name, logo, product designs, photos and text on this site belong to us or our licensors. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.

10. Third-party links and services

Our site may link to or use third-party services (for example payment, shipping and email tools). We're not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Disclaimer

Except as stated in our Refund & Return Policy and as required by law, our site and products are provided 'as is' without other warranties of any kind.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The 'Last updated' date at the top shows the latest version.
